Provide effortless entry with self-service room access

Using Virdee self-service room access, guests automatically receive their keys either as a digital key in the mobile app, added to their mobile wallet, or as a physical key card from the kiosk.

Mobile keys

Mobile keys are accessible in the app and also in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Even if guests check in at the kiosk, they can still get a mobile key on their phone.

Key cards

Guests receive their physical room keys from the kiosk either when they check in at the kiosk or in seconds by scanning a QR code they receive after checking in via mobile.

Sharable mobile keys

Within the app, guests are able to share mobile keys with others. This is helpful for when multiple guests are sharing a room.
